Ribeye Steak

Ribeye is a true gem of premium meat due to its rich flavor.  
Premium Black Angus steak is found in a low muscular load area, which makes the meat to be tender and juicy. When the steak is cooked thin streaks of fat saturate the muscle fibers revealing the rich meat beef flavor. Ribeye choice is perfect option for family dinner and special occasion.

Cooking Method
  1. Open the package, the meat should be slightly grayish in color. Allow to lie down for 2-3 minutes for oxygen saturation.
  2. To prepare the sauce: fry finely chopped onion with garlic until golden brown and add mustard there, mix quickly and add 100 grams of cream. The sauce is ready.
  3. Do not salt or pepper the meat, lubricate with vegetable oil on both sides with a brush.
  4. Put on a hot frying pan and fry for 3 minutes on each side, then turnover to the first and fry for an additional 3 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat, add salt and pepper, cover with parchment and let rest for 5 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
