Spanish Mix with Riviera Sauce

Only selected vegetables in a delicate creamy sauce with Provencal herbs — delicious, healthy and very easy to cook! A minimum of calories, a maximum of nutrients and a bright, rich taste — try it!

Ingredients

Romanesco cabbage, green beans, carrots, champignons, corn, sauce (butter, olive oil, drinking water, basil, spices, fennel, marjoram, xanthan thickener).

Cooking Method
  1. Place the mix in a hot frying pan. Oil is not needed as it is in the sauce already.
  2. Cook covered over medium heat for 8-12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper according to own taste.
  3. Cook for another 3-4minutes until done. If needed, add 100 ml of water while cooking.
Do not defrost before cooking!
