Black Angus Dumplings

Black Angus marbled beef dumplings are prepared according to a classic recipe and use only the best ingredients: selected meat, durum wheat flour and natural spices. Rich taste, juicy meat appetizer in dough - try it!

Ingredients

Minced meat: beef, drinking water, onion, natural spices and spices: black pepper, bay leaf, coriander.
Dough: wheat flour, drinking water, egg powder, salt, sunflower oil.

Cooking Method
Pan Fry Dumplings
  1. Put the dumplings in a hot frying pan with oil.
  2. You can cover the frying pan with a lid so that the oil does not stain the stove.
  3. Fry for 10-15 minutes.
Whatever cooking method you use, you can serve dumplings with sauces to your like!
Do not defrost before cooking!
Boiled Dumplings
  1. Place dumplings in boiled salted water (1:4), stir from time to time.
  2. When water is boiled for the second time, cook dumplings for 7 minutes.
  3. To make dumpling's flavor more pleasant, add bay leaf and black pepper while cooking.
Whatever cooking method you use, you can serve dumplings with sauces to your like!
